Traces of Interaction (2023) served as the third iteration and a reflective moment in my series of MAFA exhibitions. This exhibition showcased works from the two previous exhibitions, along with reactionary pieces and artworks adapted into different media. It also featured documentary photographs I took of the participants from Iteration I and Iteration II.
The exhibition presented a variety of works at different stages of development. I chose to translate elements of the works into other media to explore the audience's reactions and interactions with these changes. Some of these translations left traces of the creative process on the new surfaces, adding an extra layer of marks and contextual clues.
