In this series of digital photographs, I explore the initial and fleeting encounter between a body and three objects: a piece of conveyor belt, a piece of chiffon fabric, and an artificial skin. These objects both contrast with and adhere to the body’s materiality, revealing a complex relationship between manufactured and organic matter.

Although the images are fleeting, every hair is captured in sharp focus. This tension between ephemerality and precision highlights the interplay between digital and analogue processes, reflecting on the ways technology intersects with the human body.
